| Harmonized 16 | | He also, spoke to them a Parable, that Men should Pray, at all times, and not become weary. There was a Judge, in a certain City, who Feared not, Elohim, and regarded not, Men. And there was a certain Widow, in that City, and she came to him, and said, Vindicate me, against my Adversary. And he would not, for a long time, but afterwards, he said to himself, though I Fear not, Elohim, and regard not, Men, yet, because this Widow, troubles me, I will Vindicate her, that she may not, be always coming, and troubling me. And the Lord said, hear what the Unjust Judge said, and will not Elohim, much more Vindicate, his Chosen, who Call upon him, by Day, and Night, and have patience with them. I tell you, he will Vindicate them, speedily, yet, the Son, of Man, will come, and will he find believing, on the Earth. And he spake this Parable, against certain Persons, who had confidence, in themselves, that they were Righteous, and despised everyone. Two Men, went up to the Temple, to Pray, the One, a Pharisee, and the other, a Tax Collector. And the Pharisee, stood by himself, and Prayed thus, Elohim, I thank you, that I have not been like the rest, of Men, Rapacious, Oppressive, and Adulterous, nor like this Tax Collector, but I Fast Twice, in a Week, and Tithe, all I Possess. And the Tax Collector, stood afar off, and would not even lift his Eyes, to Heaven, but smote upon his Breast, and said, Elohim, be Merciful, to me, a Sinner. I say to you, that this Man, went down to his House, Justified, rather than the Pharisee. For everyone, that exalts himself, will be Humbled, and everyone, that Humbles himself, will be exalted. And he arose from there, and came to the Border, of Judah, on the other side, of the Jordan, and a great many People, followed after him, and he Healed them there, and again, he instructed them, as he was accustomed. And the Pharisees, came to him, and tempting him, inquired, if it were Lawful, for a Man, to Divorce his Wife, for every cause. And he answered, and said to them, have you not read, that he who made them, at the beginning, made them a Male, and a Female, and he said, for this reason, a Man, shall leave his Father, and his Mother, and adhere to his Wife, and they Two, shall be One Flesh. Wherefore, they were not Two, but One Flesh, what therefore, Elohim has untied, let not Man, sunder. He said to them, what did Moses, Command you. They say to him, why then did Moses, Command to give a Bill, of Divorce, and to put her away. Yeshua answered, and said to them, Moses, on account of the Hardness, of your Mind, permitted you, to Divorce your Wives. Moses wrote you, this Precept, but from the beginning, it was not so, Elohim made them a Male, and a Female, therefore shall a Man, leave his Father, and his Mother, and adhere to his Wife, and they Two, shall be One Flesh. Wherefore, they are not Two, but One Flesh, what therefore, Elohim has conjoined, let not Man, separate. And I say to you, that whoever leaves his Wife, not being an Adulteress, and takes another, commits Adultery, and whoever takes her, that is Divorced, commits Adultery.
And in the House, the Disciples asked him, again, of this matter. And he said to them, whoever, shall Divorce his Wife, and take another, commits Adultery, and if a Woman, shall leave her Husband, and Marry another, she commits Adultery. His Disciples said to him, if there is so much scandal, between Man, and Wife, it is not expedient, to take a Wife. But he said to them, this saying, does not apply to every Man, but to whom it is needed. For there are some Eunuchs, Born so, from their Mother's Womb, and there are some Eunuchs, who were made Eunuchs, by Men, and there are some Eunuchs, who have made themselves Eunuchs, for the sake, of the Kingdom, of Heaven, to him, who can grasp this, is enough. Then they brought little Children, to him, that he might lay has Hand, upon them, and Pray. But his Disciples saw them, and rebuked those, who brought them. And when Yeshua saw it, he was displeased, but Yeshua called them, and said to them, allow little Children, to come to me, and forbid them not, for of those, that are like them, is the Kingdom, of Elohim. Truly, I say to you, that whoever, does not receive the Kingdom, of Elohim, like a Little Child, will not enter it. And he took them, in his Arms, and laid his Hand, on them, and Blessed them. And departed from there, and as he walked, in the way. And One, of the Chiefs, ran, and fell upon his Knees, and asked him, and said to him, good Teacher, what good thing, must I do, that Eternal Life, may be mine. Yeshua said to him, why, call you me good, there is none good, but One, Elohim, but you would enter into Life, keep the Commandments. He said to him, which. And Yeshua said to him, you know the commandments, you shalt not Kill, and you shalt not commit Adultery, and you shalt not Steal, and you shalt not Bear, False Testimony, and Honor your Father, and your Mother, and you shalt love your Neighbor, as yourself. The Young Man answered, and said to him, Teacher, all these have I kept, from my Childhood, what do I lack. Then Yeshua looked on him, and loved him, and said to him, one thing you lack, if you desire to be perfect, go, sell all that you Possess, and give to the poor, and there shall be for you, a Treasure, in Heaven, and come you after me. And he was made sad, by that speech, and went away sorrowing, for he Possessed, great Riches.
Then Yeshua looked upon his Disciples, and said to them, truly, I say to you, how hard for those, who Possess Wealth, to enter into the Kingdom, of Elohim. And the Disciples, wondered at the remark. And Yeshua replied again, and said to them, how hard it is for those, who trust in Riches, to enter into the Kingdom, of Elohim, it is easier for a Rope, to enter the Aperture, of a Needle, than for Rich Man, to enter the Kingdom, of Elohim. And they wondered greatly, the more, and said among themselves, who then can obtain Life. And Yeshua looked on them again, and said to them, with Men, this is not possible, but with Elohim it is, for with Elohim, all things are possible. Then answered Peter, and said to him, we have forsaken everything, and cleaved to you, what therefore, shall we receive. Yeshua answered, and said, truly, I say to you, that as for you, who have followed me, when the Son, of Man, shall sit on the Throne, of his Glory, in the new World, also you, shall sit on Twelve Seats, and shall Judge, the Twelve Tribes, of Israel. And every Man, that relinquishes Houses, or Brothers, or Sisters, or Father, or Mother, or Wife, or Children, or Lands, for my Name's sake, and for the sake, of the Tidings, who, will not receive a Hundredfold. Here in the present Time, Houses, and Brothers, and Sisters, and Mothers, and Children, and Lands, with Persecution, and in the World to come, shall Inherit, Eternal Life. But there are many First, who shall be Last, and Last, who shall be First. For the Kingdom, of Heaven, is like a Man, the Lord, of a House, who went out at Dawn, of Day, to hire Laborers, for his Vineyard. And he contracted, with the Labors, for a Denarius, a Day, and sent them, into the Vineyard. And he went out, at the Third Hour, and saw others, standing idle, in the Market Place, and he said to them, go also you, into my Vineyard, and what is Right, I will give you, and they went. And again, he went out, at the Sixth, and Ninth Hours, and did the same. And about the Eleventh Hour, he went out, and found others, who were standing, and idle, and he said to them, why stand you, all the Day, and are Idle. They say to him, because no one, has hired us. He said to them, go also you, into the vineyard, and what is right, you shall receive. And when it was Evening, the Lord, of the Vineyard, said to his Steward, call the Laborers, and give them their Wages, and commence with the Last, and proceed to the First. And those, of the Eleventh Hour came, and received each, a Denarius. And when the First came, they supposed they should receive more, but also they received each, a Denarius. And when they received it, they murmured against the Lord, of the House, and said, these Last have Labored, but One Hour, and you have made them, equal with us, who have borne the burden, of the Day, and the Heat of it. But he answered, and said to One, of them, my Friend, I do you no injustice, was it not for a Denarius, that you did Contract, with me, take what is yours, and go away. I wish to give to this Last One, the same as to you, is it not Lawful for me, to do what I please, with what belongs to me, or is your Eye, Evil, because I am good. Thus the Last, shall be First, and the First, Last, for the called, are many, but the chosen, are few.
And as they were in the way, going up to Jerusalem, Yeshua went before them, and they were amazed, and walked after him, with trembling. And he took his Twelve aside, and began to tell them, what was to befall him, we are going to Jerusalem, and the Son, of Man, will be delivered up, to the High Priests, and the Scribes, and they will Condemn him, to Die. And will deliver him, over to the Gentiles, and they will Mock him, and will Scourge him, and will Spit, in his Face, and will Kill him, and on the Third Day, he will arise. Then came to him, the Mother, of Zebedee's Children, she, and her sons, and James, and John, said to him, Teacher, we desire that you, would do for us, all that we ask. He said to him, what would you, that I should do, for you. They said to him, grant to us, that one, may sit on your Right Hand, and the other, on your left, in your Glory. And she worshipped him, and asked something from him, and he said to her, what desire you. She said to him, say that these my Two Sons, shall sit the one, on your Right Hand, and the other, on your Left, in your Kingdom. But Yeshua answered, and said to them, you know not, what you ask, are you able to drink, the Cup, of which I drink, and to be Baptized, with the Baptism, that I am Baptized with. They said to him, we are able. Yeshua said to them, the Cup, that I drink, you will drink, and the Baptism, that I am Baptized with, you will be Baptized with. But that you should sit, on my Right Hand, and on my Left, is not mine to give, except to those, for whom it is prepared, by my Father. And when the Ten, heard it, they were Angry, against the Two Brothers. And Yeshua called them, and said to them, you know that the Princes, of the Nations, are their Lords, and their great Men, exercise Authority, over them. But not so, shall it be among you, but whoever among you, desires to be great, let him be Servitor, to you. And whoever among you, desires to be First, let him be your Servant, even as the Son, of Man, came not to be Served, but to Serve, and to give his life, a Ransom, for many. We are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things Written, in the Prophets, concerning the Son, of Man, will be fulfilled. For he will be delivered over to the Gentiles, and they will Mock him, and Spit, in his Face, and will Scourge him, and will curse him, and will Kill him, and the Third Day, he will arise. But not one, of these things, did they understand, but this Subject, was Hidden from them, and they knew not, the things told to them.
And as they came near, to Jericho, a Blind Man, was sitting by the side, of the way, begging, and he heard the voice, of the People, that passed, and inquired, what it was. They said to him, Yeshua, the Nazarean, is passing by. And he called out, and said, Yeshua, Son, of David, have mercy on me. And they that went before Yeshua, rebuked him, that he might be silent. But he cried out, the more, Son, of David, have mercy on me. And Yeshua stood, and Commanded him, to be called to him, and when he came to him, he asked him, and said to him, what wilt you, that I do for you. And he said, my Lord, that I may see. And Yeshua said to him, see you, your believing, has Healed you. And immediately he saw, and he followed after him, and glorified Elohim, and all the People, who beheld, gave glory, to Elohim. And as Yeshua entered, and passed through Jericho, there was a certain Man, whose Name, was Zaccheus, who was Rich, and chief, of the Tax Collectors. And he wanted to see Yeshua, who he was, and could not, on account of the Crowd, because Zaccheus, was small in stature, and he ran forward, of Yeshua, and climbed a Wild Fig Tree, in order to see him, for he was to pass that way. And when Yeshua came to the place, he saw him, and said to him, make haste, and come down, Zaccheus, for I must be at your House, Today. And he hastened, and came down, and received him, with gladness. And when they all saw it, they murmured, and said, he has gone in to be guest, with a Man, that is a Sinner. And Zaccheus stood up, and said to Yeshua, my Lord, the half of my Riches, I give to the Poor, and to every Man, whom I have wronged in anything, I restore fourfold. Yeshua said to him, this Day, Life is to this House, for also he is a Son, of Abraham. For the Son, of Man, came to seek, and to save, that which was Lost. While they were listening to these things, he continued, by speaking a Parable, because he was near to Jerusalem, and they supposed, that the Kingdom, of Elohim, was to be soon developed.
And he said, a certain Man, of High Birth, was going to a distant place, to obtain Royalty, and return again, and he called his Ten Servants, and gave them Ten Pounds, and he said to them, Traffic, until I come. But the Inhabitants, of his City, hated him, and they sent Envoys after him, saying, we wish this Man, not to Reign, over us. And when he had obtained the Royalty, and had returned, he Commanded those Servants, to be called, to whom he had committed, his Money, that he might know, what each of them, had gained, by Trading. And the First came, and said, my Lord, your Pound, has gained Ten Pounds. He said to him, well done, good Servant, as you have been faithful, over a little, you shalt have Authority, over Ten Towns. And the Second came, and said, my Lord, your Pound, has produced Five Pounds. He said likewise, to him, also you, shalt have Authority, over Five Towns. And another came, and said, my Lord, this is your Pound, which has been with me, laid up, in fine Linen. For I was afraid, of you, because you are a hard Man, and take up, that which you lay not down, and Reap, that which you Sow not. He said to him, out of your own Mouth, will I Judge you, you Evil Servant. You knew me, that I am a hard Man, and that I take up, what I laid not down, and Reap, what I Sowed not. Why did you not give my Money, to the Exchange, that when I came, I might have demanded it, with Interest. And he said to them, that stood before him, take from him the Pound, and give it to him, with whom are the Ten Pounds. They said to him, our Lord, there are with him, Ten Pounds. He said to them, I tell you, that to everyone that has, will be given, and from him, that has not, even what he has, will be taken away. But as for those, my Enemies, who would not have me, to Reign over them, bring them, and stay them, before me.
And as Yeshua went out, of Jericho, he, and his Disciples, and a great Crowd, Timeus, the Son, of Timeus, a Blind Man, was sitting by the side, of the way, and begging. And he heard that it was Yeshua, the Nazarean, and he began to cry out, and to say, you Son, of David, have mercy, on me. And many rebuked him, that he might be silent. But he cried out, the more, and said, you Son, of David, have mercy on me. And Yeshua stood, and directed him to be called. And they called, the Blind Man, and said to him, take courage, arise, he called you. And the Blind Man, cast off his Garment, and arose, and went to Yeshua. Yeshua said to him, what do you wish me, to do for you. And the Blind Man said to him, Teacher, that I may have Sight. And Yeshua said to him, go, your believing, has Healed you. And immediately his Sight, was restored, and he, followed after him. And Two Blind Men, were sitting, by the way side. And when they heard, that Yeshua was passing, they called out, and said, have compassion on us, my Lord, you Son, of David. But the People, rebuked them, that they might be silent. But they raised their voice, the more, and said, our Lord, have compassion on us, you Son, of David. And Yeshua stopped, and called them, and said, what wish you, that I should do, for you. They said to him, our Lord, that our Eyes, may be opened. And he had compassion on them, and touched their Eyes, and immediately their Eyes, were opened, and they followed him. And the Passover, of the Israelites, drew near, and many went up, from the Villages, to Jerusalem, before the Feast, that they might Purify, themselves. And they sought for Yeshua, and they said one to another, in the Temple, what think you, that he will not come to the Feast. And the High Priests, and the Pharisees, had Commanded, that if anyone knew where he was, he should make it known, to them, that they might take him.
