What blood do you give? red or white blood cells Kim? I know red can be given more often than white (which is only every 6months/year)

Today at Microsoft, they were doing a blood donation, but I couldnt bring myself to do it.

well i donate every 3 months. They take a pint of blood and extract the different components when they reach the lab, unless the blood goes directly to the hospital units and such so...
