I know me and Kostaki love FF10 anyone else play it?

"Love" is a bit strong for it. It's good yes, and I personally like Auron since he actually is the only one with a real developed storyline as opposed to nearly everyone else in the game heh.

I like it. It's ok. However, it's not the best.

FFIX tears it to pieces in both gameplay and music. I'd be absurd to tell you that it tears up FFX in graphics, but that's because FFX is on the PS2. Remake FFIX with FFX's graphics and it would do the same, leaving no comparison.

I find this "70 hours" completion time to be full of complete shit. My save has approximately 36 hours on it right now, and that's with all the nice little "mini-game" stuff complete.

It's quite pathetic if you ask me.

I'm getting it when it comes out in May, and i've also played FF7, 8 & 9. Final Fantasy 6 is also coming out on the Playstation soon

I can't wait for MGS2.

OK, this is an old thread but since I just got my PS2 (I bought it during my vacation in the States) and just finished playing FFX, I must say that it probably is one of the best games out there!

I don't like the idea of Square taking out the World Map, though...

FFX = movie and menu nightmare.

Don't even let FFX be the role model you think all RPGs are based on. There are many different types of them that might suit your style.

FFIX for instance, has a shitload of mini-games right from the get go of the beginning of the game, and you are hardly shifting through menus to make your selections.

That sphere grid in FFX was a complete insult to the true RPG.
