One would think that people in their fifties live their lives calmly and peacefully but the new research proves just the opposite.
The research showed that one third of people surveyed, had affairs for the first time in their 50's. The questionnaire was done by over 13.000 people.
The reason of the affairs is that they need something that would relax and free from the everyday struggle when they were in their 20's and 30's and providing for the family.
A large number of the fifty year olds reported they were having sex every day, 19% had sex at least three times a day and 44% had sex once or twice a week to once a month.
The lead researcher, who is a psychotherapist, reported that sex is one of the main indicators of the marriage situation. When things go wrong, sex goes wrong!
