I'm not sure if this belongs here...but I guess it'll be moved if it doesn't!

Which downloading program is the best (for .mp3's and .mpg's and stuff)...right now I have WinMX but it takes so long...is Kazaa any better?

Any others?

Kazza sucks..stay with winmx make sure you go thru the whole settings...

do you have dialup or broadband?

Then choose a primary connection to the network...and go thru the seetings and it should be ok.

www.k-lite.tk - an unofficial KaZaA Lite site... but it kicks the
official KL site's ass so much it's gotta hurt .

KaZaA Lite would be my choice as well...

...never really gotten WinMX to work properly... but it's
supposedely using the same network as Napster was... so
that would be one (the only) good thing about it .

I prefer IRC. For Windows, mIRC is the best IRC client. There are a couple of threads on how to use IRC and mIRC. I like IRC because it won't go away like Napster and Morpheus and you can find anything you want on it. I've gotten warez, entire runs of tv shows, movies, you name it and have yet to get any spoofed files.
