But anyway, you probably should ask whoever you bought it from how you do whatever it is that you are having trouble doing on the phone.

my last option is taking it to the offices of the cellphone company, they will configure welll

Whether it looks gay or not, who cares? Its just a phone. No one is going to conclude something about your sexuality based on the phone you carry.
