Once you delete it from the Recycle Bin, then it's gone. Sorry buddy.

Havn't tried this one myself (as I've got Norton SystemWorks 2002, which have got the feature built in), but these tools claims to be able to do what you're looking for:

Recover4all 1.03:
Quote:
"With this utility one can easily undelete files under Windows 95/98. If you have emptied the recycle bin and want your files back, you can use this program to recover them. Files in deleted folders can also be recovered. To prevent files from becoming overwritten, Recover4all does not require installation and runs directly from disk.
"Only files up to a size of 10kb can be recovered."
Fast File Undelete 2.1:
Quote:
"Recovers file which have been deleted and emptied from or bypassed the Recycle Bin.
This demo version allows the user to recover files up to 15KB in size."
Salvage 98 1.3:
Quote:
Salvage 98 for NetWare provides an easy-to-use Windows Explorer-style interface for salvaging deleted files. It allows you to search for deleted files by owner, deleting party, or deletion date. It gives you the option to purge files and features improved performance, flexible filters, bindery and NDS object browsing, and wildcard searching and filtering. This release includes date sorting, improved performance, and the ability to skip duplicate files.
Notice, that if you've written much data to your harddrive after deleting the file and emptying the recycle bin... there's a much lower chance of being able to recover the file!

Hope any of these files are able to help you .
