to make an audio cd out of dvd, i would use capturing software like moviestar to make an audio cd.

nope, dvds hold more information than cds. The grooves on a dvd are also different than a regular cd.

I dunno sorry. You would have to have a capture card to use this software and the software came with the card. that is the only program i know of though. maybe someone else knows of another one.

i know dvds hold more than a cd does. but if you look at the two, they look the same. so when i said a dvd is a cd i was going by the shape, not what they hold. get it?
