Good ghost v. Bad ghosts

Good ghost dont scare ppl, instead they are here to accomplish something good mostly for family members or friends, after they do whatever they have to do..they move to the next dimension.

Bad ghosts are the ones the scare the shit out of ppl, mostly because they were real bad ppl, (rapist,child molester etc).
so their soul is punished they not allowed to move to next dimension(neither lower than us or higher) until end of time.

Well it all depends bad souls are real bad even when they are trapped between dimensions...
these are souls that dont want to accept they are dead, dont know that they are dead yet or sometimes they know that the reason they have not move on its because all the horrible things they did when they were in this dimension.
