| An eye for an eye (?) If you murder people, I don't see why you can't be put to death. So yeah I agree with it to an extent. I agree with Swany's remark about living in torture too. |

| I think it was Ghandi who said it best: "An eye for an eye leaves the world blind."
I agree with that. |

| First off, these judges, the jury, and lawyers, all need to look better into these cases. It's so sad how many people are stuck in jail when innocent.
I'm totally against it. I find it the easy way out. Sure, they may be able to watch tv and such in jail, but nothing can compare to the life outside. Nothing can compare with being with your friends and family and having that freedom. |

I agree with that. | Yes , exactly. I agree with that also.
I do not beleive in the death penalty, because , as I've stated before, noone deserves to play God and decide the fate of another man/woman.
How contradicting to punish murder with more murder.
Where I live, Virginia, they do have the death penalty. It is not really used very much. Even when you are given a death sentence, it is appealed and appealed so much that you end up living the years out usually.
As for those of you that say that the max in your country is 21 years or so...WTF??? So if a guy murdered 100 of people (say he is a serial killer) the max he could get is like 20 years, and then that will be reduced down to about 10 due to over crowding, good behavior, etc. Then that guy is put back out on the streets? Thats crazy. |

| i heard that in some african country, i think, you are to be punished the same way you commited the crime. e.g if you kill someone with, say, a hammer.. then you get killed by a hammer yourself. i dunno what kind of person would handle the execution but, sounds fair doesnt it =p |

Robocop's prime directives: Serve the public trust. Protect the innocent. Uphold the law.
Letting the assholes go is not protecting the innocent. Getting rid of them is. heh.
At one time, three guys decided to kick the shit out of this other guy, and he died right at the spot. All three guys were identified, and they had to stand trial. But the ruling was that since it wasn't known who was the one that did the final kick of which the victim died, they let all three walk. No remorse. |

I can't believe they let them walk, I mean they could have charged them all with murder, since they all contributed to it. If you have a bunch of guys shooting bullets at one guy how do you know who's bullet killed the man?
Oh, well, those guys will get theirs, because karma has a way of biting you in the ass. If not this life , the next. |

Recently, a farmer and his wife came home, they opened the barn door, and out comes a black male totally naked, running for his life. The farmer had this little pony in there... and you can make up the rest. The man had some tools prepared also, but didn't have the chance to use them yet.
Now, this is something that's been going on in my country for quite a few years now. Horses are being molested in the strangest places, they get cut up really bad, and the sicko gets horny doing it. Never had one been caught yet. Now they caught one and what do they say? There was no evidence of the man touching the pony, so he walks. Just like that. He walks.
Now tell me... is that justice? I don't think so. They need to put him away. He was caught at the scene, what more do you freakin need? They wanna wait until the horse gets cut up first and then they'll prosecute him. Stupid assclowns. Poor horse.. |
