I have been trying to put a .mpg video onto cd(vcd) using nero..I am new at this, as u can tell...I keep gettin this message(The attached pic)...Can soemone help me out, please?

one thing about making vcd's not all mpeg's will work for some reaon...i have no idea it does the same thing to me

i would love to know how to fix it - ?????
