My worst habit is picking at my fingers. Not my nails. My actual fingers. I tend to worry about things a lot and the only way I feel better is if I occupy my mind with something else and I usually start picking at my fingers. I wish I could stop but I can't.

They do make this special clear nail polish that tastes really nasty. It's made especially for people who want to stop biting their nails. It does work too cause it tastes so nasty but it's just really annoying beacuse you have to apply it everytime after you wash your hands cause it does come off pretty easily :/

LOL but my worst habit when I'm not biting my nails is picking off all the nail polish.

My worst habbit? Clapping my hands and doing my cheerleading cheers in school. My hands are starting to hart because of it, too. But when a teacher is talking, I will just start clapping and reciting our cheers.

I do that same thing as of right now I am peeling off my fingernail polish which I need to stop cuz I am trying to grow them out. But anyway..my other bad habit's would be grinding my teeth and biting my lip. aghh...it's so irritating but I can't help it.
