hmmm......for normal editing (cut, crop, reduce noise, .....) i use Goldwave, cool prg. for quick editing some stuff.

a better one is cooledit this one has some plugins to digital restore old Vinyl LP´s, works great but if you realy plan to digitize your LP collection (as i do) you need a lot of time, and patience.

I actualy finished 1 out of 200, LOL (baught the most on Cd it´s easier)

and this one is a profi tool to produce and compose music with synthi effects and stuff AudioMulch try a google search i´m sure youll find it
