I am about six months pregnant and I want to color my hair, but the doctors say it's harmful because of chemicals. but I have been hearing that there is a certain kind that is safe to use does anyone know what it's called? if so please let me know. thanks!

There are certain hair colour products that aren't toxic. I don't know which brands have these type of hair colouring products, but if I was you I would try those stores who sell the make-up thats not tested on animals (The body shop?! dont know if you have that store where you live).
Good luck!

Hmm. I wouldn't take the risk if I was you. It's not smart to go against a doctor's judgment, going off of something that you've "heard", if you know what I mean.

Well there are some that don't have the harmful chemical's. I am not going to just go dye my hair because of what I have 'Heard' that's why I am trying to get the fact's from others before I actually decide to do it, If there is none then I won't be doing it.

I read in what to expect while you're expecting that it ISNT harmful to color your hair...and my brother is in med school and he told me it wasn't proven to be harmful. The only bad thing about coloring your hair while you're pregnant is the hormones in you make it harder for your hair to hold the color. I colored mine with hard chemicals and payed a lot of freaking money and the hair dye didn't take well. Anyways just do what you think is best though...I have heard some sort of vegetable dyes work well(?)

Ahh, I say leave it natural. Wait until you have the baby. <3

Congrats on your pregnancy and I'm glad you're keeping it!

Boy or girl?

I have only had one Ultrasound (back in January) and the nurse that did the ultrasound guessed a 'Girl', But we will keep asking until they know for sure.

So far my hair looks really nasty the roots are dirty blonde and the rest is kinda copper brown it all depends on how you look at it, I just bought some hair (shown below) and I hope it works.
