A thong is just a piece of clothing, a different type of underwear... I don't personally think that i 10 year old should be wearing them, but tons of other stores sell them too, and you can walk in there and buy them. What about the many other girly stores in the mall? A&F isn't the first, and won't be the last... What, you gonna put an age limit on the underwear rack? "Must be 18"
