Mariah took home two coveted surfboards from last night's Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Theater in Universal City, California. She won top awards for

Choice Music: R&B Artist and
Choice Love Song: We Belong Together.

The awards show, hosted by Rob Schneider and Hilary Duff, will be broadcast at 8 p.m. EDT Tuesday, August 16th on Fox.
