I used to think like you guys..."why is so and so actin' black?" Actually, there is no specific way for someone of a certain race to "act."

Yea...I wanna know what "actin' black" is. I thought it was a color in those little crayon boxes for the babes to clolor with...oh well. Still so much for some to learn, but it's gonna be AIGHT!

That is such an ignorant thing to say! My God! You can't help what you grow up around, simple as that. No one really speaks in "correct English" if you want to get down to it. Sure, the majorty of people speak differently than Ebonics, but I've never heard any of the artists in question here speak Ebonics, soo....? Bill Cosby does have somewhat of an accent and DOES speak sometimes in what could, by some people, be considered a "black" type of accent the way he phrases his words and animates himself. No one is perfect, no one speaks perfectly, everyone is different. The sooner you learn to accept differences in people the better.
