Good point. How would you think other artists feel when they find out that they were only #1 because we didnt want Xina to be #1?

Thats just as honorable as NSync getting the album sales record because their fans wanted to beat BSB's record.

As much as I hate the Christina video for Fighter, It sucks, I can't be bothered to sit there and vote for someone else, other than Britney.

I think that Fighter is a step up into an even uglier Christina, never thought that would happen.

Sorry I ain't voting on TRL until Britney has a new vid out.

Let Christina have her time. She's just as entilted to it as Britney is. Fighter may or may not surpass the Lucky video but why does it matter if it does just think of it as Britney was the first. Don't make out theirs a rivalry or constant competition between them. Just accept them as their own artist trying to top their own records rather than someone else's

I only watch TRL when brit's gon be on or when she has videos on it, because its hard for me to catch her videos anywhere else...or her music for that matter...

Christina deserves to have the title if her fans keep voting and keep her on top...19 days is hard to do without slipping once, but no biggie. You guys do what ya want

How do I know? Well, I don't. But there are little coinsidences that go about on the show. Like, if a certain person has tight connections with MTV, they seem to do better. Stuff like that. Just things I've noticed throughout the years...

Ugh i hated lucky

well not hated, the video was cute, the song was lame though

The ONLY reason lucky even did good back then was because Nsync & BSB didn't have videos out at the time, back when votes mattered
