Rapper 50 Cent has won in three categories at this year's Mobo awards.

He took home the gongs for Best Album ('Get Rich or Die Tryin'), Best Single ('In Da Club') and Best Hip Hop Act at the ceremony in London last night.

Justin Timberlake won Best R&B Act while Christina Aguilera won Best Video for 'Dirrty'.

UK Act of the Year was jointly awarded to Big Brovaz and Panjabi MC.

What would the Mobo Awards be equivilent to here in the US? The Grammy's? Radio Music Awards? Billboard Awards?

They are for Ethnic Artists e.g. Asian, Black etc so whatever the equivilent is to that..
