Hollywood police are investigating a scuffle between paparazzi and sweethearts Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake, it was reported Thursday. US Weekly has exclusive shots of the incident in its issue that comes out Friday, Entertainment Tonight reports.

One of the photographers claims Diaz charged him as he tried to snap a shot of the couple outside a hip Hollywood nightclub.

She tried to take me down, he said. Then she took my camera. Another photographer said Timberlake jumped in front of him to try and block him from snapping the incident as evidence.

The photographers filed police reports after the incident and turned their photos over to investigators. Diaz and Timberlake said they were startled by the paparazzi and acted in self-defense.

god she needs to get over it.. i mean its not nice having someone follow you round with a camera all the time but she's only provoking them...

Why is it "provoking" here and they need to get over it, but when we're talking about Britney it's "standing up for herself." ?!?!?!??!!??!?!?! I don't get it.

Ashleigh, throwing coke and milkshakes at someone is far less worse than someone actually taking the camera from them. Plus, I don't think what Cameron did was childish. At one point, I would've probably snapped too.
