I think he's guilty, maybe some of the things that are being said are not true but I think something had to have happened considering this is the second time he's being accused and the first time he paid off the accuser.

While that may be plausable, there's also the other side to that. Maybe Michael Jackson did something to piss of the boy. Lets just throw this as an example: Maybe Michael Jackson took away the pornographic material from the kid, which is why he claims his fingerprints were found on it. That caused the kid to get really angry. They got into a fight, the kid runs home and tells his parents that Michael was being an ass to him and yelling at him, and suddenly the parents want revenge on Michael. So, how can they do that? Why not take some money from him? How can you do that? "OH, well, remember ten years ago when he got accused for molesting a child? Let's tell everyone that he molested YOU. Michael admitted on TV that you sleep in his bed, who wouldn't believe it?"

Remember, that's a hypothetical situation. I'm sure it wouldn't be started over something as trivial as confiscating a magazine. And I'm not saying Michael's innocent, either. But it's not impossible that they didn't just bank on an old accusation.

{EDIT} I've just learned that the accuser's story has been quite flip-floppy and filled with holes. That's interesting.

Well he is young, 15, sure there will be holes but the fact is Michael has kids in his bed. He is asking for trouble. How bizarre was his bedroom.

While I don't agree with having children in his bed that aren't his own (and for parental reasons) I don't want to accuse him of anything because he chooses to live his life in a different way than the majority of North American citizens. I don't know exactly what happens in that bed, to be honest, I'd rather not know, so I'm not going to hold that against him just yet.

But I read in the paper today that the accuser isn't very convincing with his stories. Apparently he's getting all choked up.
