| Thanks for the HQ Damn the new Australian classficaiton system. The ratings are bloody huge.
And I think you have a point in regards to the different ways Delta's change affects different people due to how popular she is. When OOTB came out I was gobsmacked, I was freaking out coz Delta was so different and I think things stayed the same ever since. Until of course Visualize came out and its almost like that whole period never happened for me at least. And i keep making it sound like I hate MI, I think MI overall is a stronger album than IE but IE is more mainstream or something.

Like i said above, that might have been the thing because you live in Australia. You have seen Delta many times on tv and have been there when Delta was #1 over and over again. You really got to see Delta, you know. I can imagen it must have been a shock seeing the girl you thought you 'knew' totally different in the OOTB video. She didnt look like the 'IE-girl' at all.
And thats what makes the difference. Maybe thats why I dont see it (?). I didnt get as you didnt like MI But i get your point of view!!
I do hope Delta will release a new record in the upcoming year or so.. but with the US release, I doubt it will be any time soon.
EDIT:
New pic of Delta. Gotta say love the dress and the hair <333

| Thanks for the tip I always forget to check these Delta websites coz I havent gotten into a routine of visiting them.
lol well we hardly ever get artists coming down to Australia, especially to my city so I've been spoilt with all these people coming. I saw Destiny's Child earlier this year as well which was amazing. I guess it has something to do with the Aussie dollar and how its now worthwhile for these artists to come down under whereas in the past they wouldnt have made much money. Though Kelly's album is selling really well here, I think its like platinum x3 and still in the top 10 after 44 weeks.

Yea. It's mostly USA, Europe and China/Japan who populair (USA-)artists tour. It's too bad they dont come to Australia there often. Ooh yea Kelly's doing pretty good there! She does very well here too
I got this 30sec clip of a new Delta SONG! EEEEE
It's made by somebody that has the full song, but doesnt want to put it online "because i payed alot of money for the demo" allllright!! well, its not like she is the only one so it will be online sooner or later anyway.
It's called "On my own" and a b-side from Mistaken Identity Delta GOodrem - On my own (30 seconds) |

| Thanks for posting From the 30 second clip it sounds like a pretty good song. I like Delta when she sings simple songs.
Meanwhile, I really like Never Fades Away and havent been able to find a full mp3 anywhere. You wouldnt by any chance have it?

I dont know, but thats what i think. | Whether you're going from a teenager to a more adult way of life or experience heavy things in your life, you change. It's easy as that. Delta has had a rough couple of years behind her and it's not fair of some people to think that she's still the same girl as she was. I'm sure though her character isn't changed. Funny, smart and caring. That's the view I have of her, maybe she's very evil in real life? Quote: |

The same sound ... still, Have A Nice Day is a good song, but that's another story. Quote: |

Of course there needs to be some upgoing line in experiencing new things. Just not that you go from pop to heavy metal or opera. haha that would be weird.
I know! Have a nice day reminds me of its my life. Quote: |

| I'm going to attempt to download that clip on Monday, when I'll be back at my student house .. but my connection can be a bit dodgy there, so who knows whether it'll work or not. *crosses fingers*
Thanks anyway, Lizzy. |
