3. Sean looks peaceful in his little carseat. Although, I'm worried about the heat from the sun beating on his little baby head.
4. One question, aren't kids supposed to be sitting in a rear-facing carseat? I obviously don't know, so I was just asking. And not trying to cause trouble.

EDIT: Yeah, kids under a year and under 20 pounds have to be driving in a rear-facing carseat. I just searched it up. Oh Britney. I'm sure she'll be on the news for this once again.

Isnt it under a year OR under 20lbs? If so, Im sure she's okay, because he looks bigger then 20lbs to me.

It's under a year and/or 20 pounds. So either one is acceptable. He's under a year, and according to US laws, he needs to be in a rear-facing carseat.

My other problems are the fact that he has nothing on his head to protect him from heatstroke (California's been in the upper 80's the past week) and that being in a convertible and having that air blowing on him is too much on his lungs. It could cause him to have breathing problems and catching his breath.

But maybe she was just going to the store 5 minutes away - we don't know. So I guess, you gotta give her the benefit of the doubt.

"All infants should ride rear-facing until they have reached at least 1 year of age and weigh at least 20 pounds. That means that if your baby reaches 20 pounds before her first birthday, she should remain rear-facing until she turns 1."

So I was wrong with what I said earlier. And Britney is not in the clear.

At first I thought that he was bent at the neck, but he's like bent over by his stomach, so its not like his neck is breaking or anything. lol
