See... with Britney fans... she does this and it's "hot and not trashy", Christina did the same damn thing and people label her a whore... what was so different? I know.. I know.. it's "tasteful"... right? I like the pictures, but they are very unoriginal. Her and Christina seemed to have JUST taken different paths, now she is doing the same thing as Christina... I'll repeat, as a straight guy... i like the pictures. but, they are unoriginal.

then again, it's getting the controversy somewhat back. it's good promotion too... i just worry. if that gets her back this year... what happens a few yearss from now when she needs publicity... Playboy?

Well, the pictures are hott, just as i said, my first thought seeing them was "oh shit, more comparisons"

HAHA at the beginning of your post, you said "what was she so different?" and then I was about to say they were tasteful but you already said it!

There are people before Christina who did it, so she's not the one that should be compared to. Plus Britney has always had that sexy surprising photoshoots once in a time, remember Rolling Stones 4 years ago? It's not like SHE is copying Christina. If anything it's Christina who copied her but just got the sexiness to be trashiness Whatever I can compare to this, is the other Christina pic - where she's showing her back to us, holding her boobies and wears black panties. That seems preety similiar but I doubt Britney saw that Christina pic and said "I'll do something like that either".

Back to that Christina pic... it's the same pose and all, but she DOES look trashy and Britney really IS more tasteful.. I don't know how though, it's just what I was feeling, you know?

As for the publicity thing, Britney didn't just go to a Jive meeting and said "I'll be half naked and stuff to get publicity!", it's just she took the sexy pics and her managers marketed it VERY good. It's floating tabloids from what I know, and this is just less than a day after Whatever they did, it worked. Christina's "MAXIM" photoshoot did the same noise in the world (bigger/smaller) and just think - it's a regular interview here from what I understand! Anyway, it sure does the work to bring Britney on the headlines

Your a genious, those pic in the thread that is pages and pages long came from the Sun so of course they are going to put it on the cover.

It is a great shoot and there are more pics inside the magazine for the usual people to complain about.

Britney looks stunning in them, Whatever Britney does she can't win. I am glad Britney just does what she wants to do an doesn't care what people think.

It will be just like the first rolling shoot photos they will be talked about for about a week and then left when something new comes along for the fans to bash.

U are way silly if u say us britney fans are contradictors. Xtina did the pics to be sexual and etc. Britney did it to be classy and sensual. Also xtina flips people off int he pics and grabs her boobs and in one of the maxin shoots overseas they published the ones thtat u can seee her nipple and nipple ring. Xtina = slutty britney classy.
