So how much was it from Borders?

the price is quite high $64.95 but its worth every cent, the book is massive and it comes with the DVD.

$65 is a bit exy... I think I'll get it from Barnes & Noble over the net - they are selling it for AUS$42 including shipping. I'll save $20, although the DVD will only work on multi-region DVDs...
