Great stuff people.

How heavily are they advertising Crossroads over hear? They must have spent million on marketing, there are so many TV and Radio commercials. I think they will have spent more on Advertising than they'll earn at the box office.

Oh that yellow band shitted me
I put it on too tight but i wouldn't take it off
'cause i thought I'd get kicked out.

I was sort of dissapointed at not seeing her for so long
but it was still worth the wait. I went and saw Crossroads
straight after at Burwood, it was a pretty good movie.
I must say I was surprised.

I got the pink straps and got in! Woohoo!

I stayed at the back to avoid the mosh pit - not my thing. I was on the rear stage thing so it was elevated and I could look over the tops of everybody. (except whenever that girl put up her homemade "Britney Rocks" card. Everybody behind her was awefully anoyed). I was wearing my off white slacks and holding a big umbrella (was prepared for the rain, which didn't eventuate). I may be on Pepsi Live.

Good stuff dude, I would have loved to get in.. I had uni so i got there just after 1. Too bad eh, I felt bad for Brit when the bottle went past her head. Seriously who'd wait 3 hours in a crowd to throw a bottle at someones head??

Hey, got that Today|Tonight downloaded... Just set your prog to MMS(HTTP) protocol instead of leaving it on auto - 4.5MB

I would have been pretty disappointed if I didn't get in to see the performance seeing that I flew down to Sydney just to see Britney. I honestly didn't think anybody would have been there at 9am considering that it was to start at 3pm, but I underestimated the Aussie fans. From what it sounded like, they weren't planning on the indoor performance at all and everyone was supposed to have been able to watch her perform. They weren't prepared for the straps etc etc because it was all planned for the open air free performance. But because of the rain all week and the heavy rain on Thursday morning, they quickly re-planned the event without announcement. It really wasn't Britney and her management's fault. Only if they planned it in sunny Brisbane, it wouldn't have rained ;-)

I'm glad that few of us on this forum got thru into the inner sanctum, pity about the no photography rule when I carried that heavy thing all day long and couldn't use it. I'd appreciate it if some could post pics of Britney doing the Happy Birthday or the red carpet event. Strange that it was the first time ever that I've been to Fox Studios and all I did was stand in queue for 10 hours and didn't see anything else...

I definitely think sunny Brisbane should have been better.

Watched Crossroads today - wooo it was really good! I was another pleasantly surprised person, Britney was a really good actor, and even though I thought it was really cheesy I still loved it to bits. I just sat up the back by myself (none of my friends wanted to come ) and pretend to ignore I was about the only non 15 year old girl there.

*sigh*... can a girl be anymore beautiful???

Hey all! I thought Crossroads was pretty good too. I've gotta say that it exceeded my expectations... Britney's acting especially. The crying scene with Ben in the bathroom was really well done.

Quant, the photo thing was dodge hey?!? I remember looking down at the people on the floor (I was up top to the left) and I saw ppl standing on the step and thought to myself 'geez those people are smart!' That was you!!!!

Did you notice a guy holding a big umbrella? That was me - I was prepared for the rain that didn't come! I had to cart it around all day. Plus I had to carry my back pack all day with all my gear 'cause I went straight to Fox Studios from the airport and didn't drop by the youth hostel to drop off my gear.

Because I got stopped at the door for them to look thru my backpack (with all my stuff like toiletries, change of clothes, water bottle, food etc etc) and THEN I had to queue up to check in my camera, by the time I got inside, most of the floor was already occupied, but the rear stage/platform (with the 2 floor cameras) were empty so I got myself a decent spot.

Why were the string quartet there to start off with and why didn't they stick around for Not a Girl? Would have been pretty awesome if they stuck around.
