Hmmmm! I heard Mischa Barton telling a story about how the UK (well, London at least) paparazzi were very nice and asked to take her picture before doing so...and when she said "no" they just left.

After Princess Di, I've heard stories about how they were nice as well. Also, that isn't Chris Kattan. It looks nothing like him. Especially the bottom pic.

The bottom pic isn't the same person. They aren't wearing the same clothes, uh duh.
I'm pretty sure it is Chris Kattan. If it's not it's someone that looks EXACTLY the same.

I'm pretty sure it's not Chris Kattan. I'm pretty sure some of the captions for the pictures would've said something about that.
