The article is rather negative in some aspects, but saying that Britney's album is wonderfully produced is not very negative. And I saw it as being rather well written. The writer is professional, so I would hope he's not using his elementary skills on this. Simply because he's not a Britney fan doesn't make the writing bad, but I do see the negativity that you noticed.
