BRITNEY SPEARS is secretly working with ROBBIE WILLIAMS’s ex songwriting mate GUY CHAMBERS.

The job is a coup for Guy, who co-wrote classic tracks for Robbie, including Angels, but who has been dumped by his old pal.

A friend said: “Guy would never say this but its like ‘Two fingers to you Robbie, I’m working with a bigger star’.”

Britney has jetted to Britain from the US to write tracks for her next album with Guy and CATHY DENNIS, who has penned hits for KYLIE MINOGUE.

The teen queen has made secret visits to Guy’s recording studio in Primrose Hill, North London.

They have been working on a track called Sacred, which will take the star in an even raunchier direction. Insiders say Britney will shock fans by using the F-word in the song.

Perhaps referring to her recent split with boyfriend JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE she sings: “You let me down — so don’t ****ing say it.”

Britney is desperate to boost her flagging career and hopes that harnessing Guy and Cathy will increase her sales.

I recently revealed her last album Britney had sold just 3.7million copies in the US, fewer than half the sales of her previous one, Oops, I Did It Again.

Guy, who also wrote Let Me Entertain You, Millennium, and Rock DJ for Robbie, was introduced to Britney by her new best friend, former BACKSTREET BOYS singer NICK CARTER, after Guy worked on his solo album Now Or Never.

Cathy wrote Kylie’s smash Can’t Get You Out Of My Head and SCLUB7’s Don’t Stop Movin’.

Britney snapped up Guy following his bitter split with Robbie after he signed his £80million deal with EMI. Robbie told Guy he could write only for him. Guy, who has also been working with BBMAK and WILL YOUNG, would have none of it and walked away. He is finding lots to do and is writing tracks for a sexy all-girl band THE LICKS.

Rob had a dig at Guy while recording his BBC1 telly special at Pinewood Studios on Sunday, referring to their mega-successful partnership merely as: “The best songwriting duo since CHAS AND DAVE.”

I only wanna comment on this particular part and say, Britney fans are used to hearing this type of language from Brintey she curses quite frequently its the media that will likely blow it outta proportion...
but then again they may not.

I MUST say though this album sounds like its gonna be better than "Britney" perhaps more planning during a less buisy schedule will help?

Britney's working with another 'Guy' as well...

Guy Sigsworth, who produced songs for Bjork, Madonna, and Imogene Heap...

I can't wait for the Sigsworth collaboration!!!

I'm not certain...but someone on the efgforum (www.britneyspearsforum.com) posted the following information from popdirt:

"The Mirror reports Britney Spears was spotted in the London office of producer and songwriter Guy Sigsworth, who is known for having produced Madonna's 'Music 2000' album and co-written 'What It Feels Like For A Girl' as well as his work with Bjork. The 20-year-old Sigsworth joins Shep Soloman as those said to be working on Spears' fourth album. "

The person also mentioned that The Mirror is not a tabloid...so it could very well be true...

Hey the sun does'nt always get stuff wrong very rarely they actually get it right especcially when it comes to the more home grown talent like Guy (they were pretty much first to say about robbie and guy breaking apart) i mean i would love britney to work with guy i just hope he can create the same msagic he did with robbie but with britney instead

(still wish he was working with robbie though)

Well 'the Sun' lost my trust so i dont believe it.
But i like that Britney shirt. It says 'Dump Him' heh. ALL THE WOMAN INDEPENDENT!
