Before the current username change policy went into effect, we've had a number of name changes as well, all under various old rules back in the day. Since we never had them logged like we have the current ones, I went and assembled a list of all the old changes that were still records of.
There are about 2 or 3 changes that didn't make it to this list, because I couldn't trace back the original names. A few changes were made before March 2002, but I couldn't find any dates of them, so I excluded those too. Everything else should be all there.
