I couldn't wait a SECOND longer to post my story, because it's so great.

Yesterday i went shopping in NYC. I brought a total of $160 with me. Took the train into Manhattan at 3:30. Took the A Subway down to Canal St., and got down there sometime before 5 (?) OMG, i stepped out onto Canal St. and DIED. Literally DIED. I was like running from vendor to vendor. I went into the little cubby things and i was in one of them and the cops were coming and they like pushed us out and covered everything up! It was SCARY!

I found one shop, and it had the 2 bags i wanted. But then i looked at them, and they were the exact style, but you could tell they weren't the best knockoffs in the world. It was my big LV soft luggage bag, and the small LV multicolor monogram Speedy. The lady said she'd give me BOTH of them for $70, and i figured it was already getting dark and those styles seemed pretty rare down there, so i took them. Then, a little while later down the street, i found another one of the little Speedy bag, and it was PERFECT. SO PERFECT. It's really close to the real LV, i mean there are small differences but someone who hasn't STUDIED and RESEARCHED the bag (yes, i study and research them) wouldn't know the difference. So i bought it, for $40. So i got all 3 bags for $110. OMG. they're BEAUTIFUL. I call the big one "Big Louie" and the little one "Lil' Louie" and the other one i'm trying to find a home for...

Anyhow, moving on.. i HAD to get off Canal St. because i would've spent money ALL day on more LV stuff (I'm SO going back for more accessories and more bags!!!), so we took the Subway back to Manhattan. We got Starbucks, and as i walked down the street with my Caramel Frap and my LV bags, i felt like a scene in "rich girls" LMAO. Not to mention i had THE CUTEST outfit on, but anyhow. So then we went to this store, J. Chuckles. (If you go to NYC, you HAAAAVE to go to this store) I ended up buying the CUTEST pink fleece pants, they've got the V front so they're low cut in front... they were $9.99, i wanted velour pants but these are sooo much cuter! And i got a lacy nighty-type thing (that worked WELL last night) and it was only $10. I'm SO going back there, they have AMAZING clothes and shoes for CHEAP! That store surpassed my love for Wet Seal and EVERY other store i've ever been to!

Ok, that's my story, for the most part. So now i have new clothes, and 3 LV bags and i'm SO going back to NYC in the next few weeks, WHO'S COMING WITH ME!?

You are the luckiest girl in the world! I want one so bad, I live in the suburbs of NYC and I can't ever find a decent place to get the knockoffs, do you think you could tell me exactly where you got them, because I plan on going into the city Veterans Day because there's no school....and congratz on getting the bags.

Canal St. is THE BEST place to get them. They are literally EVERYWHERE. It's hard to explain, i didn't understand till i actually GOT THERE, but once you are there... <3333

If you go into the city... Say, into Manhattan. You can take the Subway down to Canal St. You can take the A, E, or ummm.. one of the other Subways, and it stops RIGHT ON Canal St. Canal St. is basically in Soho, between the Villages, and RIGHT NEXT to Chinatown. I could see Chinatown from where i was standing. It's easy to get down there, you literally just get on the right Subway and get off right on Canal St. Then, the street is full of tables on the sidewalks EVERYWHERE, plus little "cubby" sorta things in the buildings. You walk in, like little stores. Just walk down the street and look at ALL the bags... and ask prices. They'll bargain pretty easily.

Oooh, Kim. If you go during the summer, we could definitely shop together. That would be so cool!! But for now I'm stuck here, jealous and all.
