-Forever 21 -- REALLY good sales there...I didn't have one where I lived in Ohio, but when I went, I found stuff for like $5.99 and around there...they have awesome stuff...I got a shirt for $3.99 actually

-Kohl's is cheap
If you want cheap, I don't recommend Express. They're so ridiculously expensive...and the clothes aren't even all that anymore.

| Express... *sigh* I like it there. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Kelley gets a 30% discount because she works at Bath and Body and they're connected with Express so yeah. And omg they have this amazing shirt there that i want but cannot afford it.
Anyhow, my favorite stores include: American Eagle, Wet Seal <33333, Express, Hot Topic, Old Navy. | |

Kiiiiim I do like Express...it used to be my favorite. But the more recent times I've gone there, I've found nothing I really like and when I do, it's like $49.50. Yeah there's this sweater I wanted that was about that much. FUCK OFF I DON'T HAVE MONEY. | |
