Welcome to 'The Latest', the new sub-forum for BSM!
This sub-forum is simply a place for you to discuss all the latest issues and news about Miss Britney Spears. That would include major events such as when she appears at an award ceremony, or the whole 'W' thread saga we've had recently, or when she releases a new video/single/album, basically anything (and a little bit more) that we would merge and stick at the top of BSD in the past.
This does not include rumours and pictures you consider to be 'rare', rare pictures are not necessarily new to everyone and therefore can be kept in BSM.
What this means is that there will no longer be 'Official' sticked threads for major events such as this (unless the situation gets out of control). Instead you'll have as many threads as you like, but still, use common sense and search for something that might have already been posted first.
This'll be easier in here seeing as you won't have to wade through other topics about Britney.
As for rules the same apply here as in BSM. If you need reminding of the BSM rules, or simply haven't read them yet

One other thing would be to note that if someone bumped a topic that went past this sub-forum cut-off date, then that topic would be moved into BSD as it would be considered 'old news'.
