"According to Ananova.com, Britney's movie debut "Crossroads" will shock her fans. Allegedly it contains sex, rape, under-age drinking and teenage pregnancy. The coming-of-age movie follows Britney and two friends on a road trip after their high-school graduation. Reports suggest it will finally lay to rest her virginal image when it's released in February. One scene involves Britney staying up all night and getting blind drunk, reports "The Mirror". In other scenes, she dances to Madonna in her underwear, takes a shower and indulges in a bout of pole-dancing. The planned certificate of the film is unknown at present."

As I often say I don't believe rumours cominf from the Mirror or junk press... but if this is true, it is extremely strange as after test screenings Britney was asked to reshoot a scene in which she was in underwear.... judeged too sexy.
Then the retouched version would contain drunkeness, rape and sex???????????????????????????
If this true, I don't understand jive aim.

if this movie contained sex (well the kind the critics wouls say) then itwould be an adult only movie, unless its stuff in American Pie but I dont think she's gonna do that, I can hower believe that she dances (not on her underwear anymore *cry* I really wanted to see that) while singing to along to Madonna's music, and if there was rape in this movie it probably would be cut, bt why would they put rape in it?? and the teenage pregnancy i think is probably just crap! that whole rape thing and drunkeness thing is just total shit!

Instead of people criticizing Britney, why doesnt she criticize them? (as in the nes whi say bad things about her) !!
i know that will never happen but still, it would be nice to see

The movie WILL contain teenage drinkin but HELLO, its a given.....a part of everyday life now, well in USA anyways. I drink sometimes and im only 19. Its ok if you arent immature about it and contain yourself. Im just very mellow if Ive had one to many ICE's

I think everything named DOES happen in the movie, but most of it is probably just background story and doesn't actually get seen.

britney has a few love scenes in the movie... i have seenclips of like 3 diff. ones.
Jive proably wants to show that she can play a diff. role as a different person so we can see her acting ability.
As for the other stuf.... On the radio... it sounded like(this was on Nov. 5th) she said that one of her friends in the movie was a rape victum... and hello! that leads to the other stuff!

love scenes, rape and teenage drinking are the words used to sum up the movie plot by the journalist... this is what I hate.

I mean, thos things happen every day, so that it is included in the movie is not that strange but it is surely done in a soft way. You'll probably won't see any rape scene nor real sex scene.
That's what is important. If the whole stuff is suggested... ok. But then it's like in many other movies where you see two young lovers having sex but not in a crude manner like it would be shown in a porn movie.

That's my point... the movie is like many other movies with teens or "young men and women."
Then we'll just see Britney kissing her love interest, undressing a bit, then in a bed with the guy and that's it.
Thisi s not shocking. What would be shocking is the kind of stuff like in Basic instinct where Sharon stone is acting like a real bitch.
Here it's totally different. If the story did not suggest that Brit and her new loverboy were in a complete realtionship with a bit of sex, the film would have lost credibility.
