I think we seriously need to find out how nominations for the annual razzie awards are decided.
Mariah Carey's "Glitter" was a major box office disaster of epic proportions and only got 3 nominations.
Britney's Crossroads, went to no.2 in the US box office, got 3 MTV movie nominations, went to no.1 in several countires...... and got 8. Count them, 8.
Hmmmmm. Biased or what? |

woopee. Glitter actually had a plot and a point and had substance, just the acting was bad...Crossroads had great acting but no point, plot, or substance to it. No main theme. It was very scattered. | |

I agree. Both had elements that made them bad movies. All that can be said instead of getting all pissy, is 'better lucky next time'. | |

All that can be said now is "Good for Britney!" I'm not upset that she got 8 nominations. I'm not surprised. I'm not disappointed. Because if you look at it with the right attitude Bad press is still press. | |

Face it....Crossroads was a horrible movie.... The acting was good and the only reason they nominated britney for worst actress is because she is britney spears...everyone likes hatin on her. I thought she did a decent acting job for her 1st time but the movie was horrible. | |

Don't you ever notice that usually when Britney is in the news it is something negative...it is more fun for the press and all the Britney haters...
I thought Brit did a decent job too...I have friends who are big time NOT Brit fans, but actually enjoyed the movie "Crossroads".....
