Another rumor to add to the pile:

Just days after announcing news of her new single and album on KISS FM, news has come about that America and Australia will get a final release from In The Zone, 'Breathe On Me'

The video was shot in secret and is set in a hotel mainly in Britney's room and will echo the song's performance live on her "Onyx Hotel Tour" earlier this year.

The track appeared on the original tracklisting of GH:MP but was removed just weeks before the release.

Britney will release Do Somethin' in Europe at the end of January as a replacement of Breathe On Me.

Mona Lisa will then be released from Britney's 5th studio album set for a June release and will be called "Original Doll". Britney leaked her new track live on KiiS FM in the US on Wednesday.

Do Somethin' will premier next week on MTV TRL UK with Breathe On Me premiering in the US at the end of January. Thanks to Jenni from BMForums.

Error? "In the Zone" was by no means an error. Unless you mean "era."

I seriously doubt this is true, as much as I freakin' want it to be. "Breathe On Me" is like, my all-time favorite Britney song and well, I'd love to see it get released. I wanted an aquatic video!

As weird as it is to see her go backwards, sort of, that'd be perfectly fine with me if she decided to release Breathe On Me. The track is hot, and it might do a lot for hyping up the fans for the new album. Right now there are a lot of people still expecting her to bite the dust, so this would just be a nice way of saying "I'm not done, yet."

I always saw the Greatest Hits as a way for Britney to pass the time while she dealt with other issues (her knee, her marriage, etc.) and I never really felt ITZ had the closure it deserved, so this would kind of be the cap for the album.

Right now it feels like those old encore performances of Baby One More Time where she sings "Give me a siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiign..." and then lets the audience hang on for a bit before finally saying "Hit me baby one more time". You're itchin' for it to happen, and it's so releiving when it finally does.

Wow, I remember when I used to get bitched at by certain people for not being a "true" fan and not having any "faith" in Britney, but I think it's reversed now because I'm so excited for all of this! Everytime I play BOM for my friends, they're like "This song is sex. It's not sexy, it reminds me of like, porn." I'm not sure if thats exactly what she wants, but it's really an attention getter and I think this whole thing IS good for her.

Right now, even though she had her two hits, she was becoming famous for just being famous. She might as well put a lot of music out so she's at least famous for music. People might even like it. I think it's a lot better than just being followed by the paparazzi and being in all of the tabloids nonstop for no other reason than she might do something crazy that people can call her on.

I dont think this new cd is rushed at all. She's had a lot of down time, and people were starting to get on her for it. "Oh why cant Britney continue her tour instead of running around eating cheetos with Kevin" (I'll admit I was like that) but who knew in that era of no promotion, she was really starting a new cd. Why the lie about going on break? So we wouldnt expect a cd. She works on shock (Britneys most shocking on VH1 anyone?) and now shes shocking with her music instead of her body. I think it's amazing.

LMAO at the last 2 sentences. It sounds rushed to me because she's suddenly all like "guess what? I just recorded an album!!" blah. I don't want another "Britney".. I want another ITZ. It also seems rushed because Mona Lisa sounds VERY rushed. I hope it doesn't turn out like crap. She released an album about 2 months ago. She released another album just a year ago. She needs to slow down and WORK on her album. I don't even miss her yet
