Reports that Kevin Federline would only receive $1 million from his divorce from Britney Spears are false, according to a friend of Kevin's. As In Touch previously reported, Kevin will get $2 million right away, plus half the selling price of the couple's Malibu house and half of what Britney earned during their two years of marriage. All together, that could total as much as $17 million. The couple have agreed to share joint custody of the kids, says the pal. Sean Preston and Jayden will eventually live with Britney but spend weekends, holidays and occasional weekdays with Kevin. But the couple's arrangement won't kick in immediately. "Britney is going to have to show she's sober before the kids move back in with her," explains the insider. |
