I think that's because Kelly seems so girl-next-door that she can get away with doing normal things, whereas bigger celebrities are expected to be celebritites and they can't get away with that kind of shit. Somehow, amongst all her fame, Kelly has managed to find a way to be seen as a normal girl. It of course helps that Kelly was just in the crowd, she didn't have her own VIP section off to the side, lol.
