You were just given the full info. It's not a site. You need an ftp client like WSFTP or CuteFTP.

how long will it take for a normal dial up 56k modem?

Ok, with a 56 K Connection you can get 3-5 Kb/s and the Files are 440 MB + 490 MB so i think it will takes a long time !!

But you can resume on the FTP Server !!!

I was connected to your ftp but it got disconnected, and when I try now it says it can't connect...
