Britney Spears is 2002's #1 Woman Online..

For an incredible fourth year in a row, Britney Spears reigns as the most popular female of the Internet according to searches by Lycos users.

Like Britney, many of the other top women online have been in our Web's Most Wanted every year since 1999. But this year, the regulars are joined by an international star arriving in America, a couple of young singers who go against the teen queen grain, and a strange Asian scandal.

This is a great honor for Brit, to be Lyco's Top Searched Woman for 4 years in a row. Even with everything she's been through this year, she's still come out on top. I think with all that she has ahead of her - with the new album and everything - she'll top this list again next year.
