i think it's a good move, it gives her time to grow as an artist find out what she wants to do, she can do a movie and a album, and come back better than ever and ready for action, and hopefully come back and prove all her critics wrong by dressing sexy yet classy,singing live, writing her own songs, having a movie they can slander and becoming larger than ever

that's what i think anyway

yes it is a very smart move. She needs a break and she should stop and enjoy herself. have fun a bit. she is 20 yrs old for gods sake!

its the best possible move but i think she deserves more than 6 months break she needs time to enjoy her success live life and have fun by this i mean letting go not having to worry whos watching and be britney jean spears for once in her life

I think it's good..... I'll miss her, but she needs to do this for her self and I think we should support her and I hope that the press and media will understand her and leave her alone....

It's the best possible move she can do right now. I mean, she's been working pretty much non-stop since '98. She could burn out if she keeps going. A break is nothing...It's not like she's retiring, LOL. She needs time to relax, be a normal person, and slowly work on her next album to make it the best it can be. I think a lot of good will come out of her time off. I'm sure she'll do a lot of writing and maybe learn more about herself.
