GO Britney, good to be in the top 10, but I have to question JLO and Ben Affleck being there they had awful years IMO.

That's exactly what I was thinking at first, and I definitely wouldn't qualify Jennifer Lopez as the hottest celebrity of 2003 unless all the rumors about that wedding count. Sure, she was in the tabloids a lot, but I don't think she did quite enough to be given that honor.

Whatever though. Britney's at #9! Yay!
