Florida radio has always been nicknamed "The Britney State". She's always in the charts somewhere, but yes, the charts are base on statewide requests. Charts are updated every two days reflecting the past week. Its pretty much the same concept as mediabase but its not updated as frequently.

She'll be Top 3 by next update, the song came out for requests the day before the chart was updated, so it's only one days worth, which is phenomenal (sp?) because so is Britney and Mariah's
