It has a pool, a gym, a spa and a tennis court, but $13.5 million was too much for even Britney Spears' not-so-humble Malibu abode that she shared with ex Kevin Federline. The 9,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom estate dropped its selling price to $11.9 million on March 28, but real estate experts doubt that the almost $2 million price cut will entice buyers (Brit bought it in 2004 for $6.9 million). The silver lining to this cloud? It's at least $1 million less than Brit will be paying out to K-Fed in their divorce settlement. |
