It looks great. I knew something was different about her. ...couldn't figure out what it was...If I had a big nose I'd totally get a nose job.

lol, yeah she got a Britney nose. Hmm, I don't think either version of her nose looks any better than the other. Which is a rare occasion since usually I like the artificial versions less. Must have been a good plastic surgeon she got. But heh, going through surgery for this? Ehh girls.
