Did anybody watch the performance's of Ashlee and Kelly on Orange ball? was it just me or did the performace sound weird to you? and at the end the people booed?

Yeah, there were mos def mic problems. The backup singers' mic's were up way high and the singers' mics werent as loud (or on at first) in Kellys case.

And the fans booed before, durring and after the performance. Sports fans just dont dig that kinda music.

yeah i totally noticed on kelly's performance that other person was singing i feel bad for her too, but for more Ashlee their is going to be another big story tomorrow morning i can see it.

I dont know if it's exactly going to be a big story, but it'll probably just be a little news breif. Still, it sucks that people are so....eh.

Ok, so Ashlee really did sound bad, and I am not even her biggest fan in the world, but still, I am glad that she made a conscious effort to seperate herself from the glam of her sister's persona. If Janis Joplin had sung like that, people would have stood up and cheered, but since it's her, they diss it. I think that the college fans were just looking for something to boo at because the game had been so good up to that point and they were just ready for more football. Cheers to Kelly and Ashlee.

Darn, I turned the game off right before the performance. Football fans boo at ANYTHING. My boyfriend went to a Pitt game on Thanksgiving and he said they booed anything that walked out on the field that wasn't a football player.

Ashlee's preformance was awful. I like her and i would have booed after that.

Kelly had problems with her mic. It wasn't too bad considering ,but somebody screams "you suck!" about a minute into it.

I was not impressed with Ashlee's performance. Since I don''t love her, nor hate her, I can give a unbiased opinion so to say. I was watching the game, (to see OU get their ass kicked), when she came on. Her voice is okay (if you like that sort of whispery and unique thang), but in my opinion, she doesn't have any stage presence at all. Her dancing was....no, just no and like her charisma was nil. It just wasn't good.

Um...Ashlee's performance was definitely special. And what was with the lyric changes. That was just not right. I can't see Kelly's cause that link up there only plays audio but I can hear where her mic wasn't on. Not a good night for halftime shows (?).
