Perhaps I'm the only one who believes these tragic events being shown on the news is a good thing. We all live on this planet, and I think we're there to help eachother out. If these things wouldn't be shown on the news, it wouldn't reach anybody who has the power to help out.
Imagine where Asia would be without the help of the American, European and Australian continents trying so hard to get those poor people out of this mess. This world isn't as messed up as you think, you know. Sure what happened is a disaster, but it was caused by natural circumstances and it triggered a display of human compassion of amazing properties. People die, yes. Buildings burn, yes. People slaughter, and people murder. But that is only a fraction of what people will do, when a murder, a slaughter, or a tragedy has taken place. It's not how people start things that makes the difference. It is what they do to end them. Remember that. |
