Crime = Punishment CB.

True. But just because someone is being punished doesn't mean that they can be taken advantage of. If people being punished COULD have be taken advantage of, we here in the US (and other countries) wouldn't have laws protecting prisoners rights.

Theres a difference between a terror suspect and a proven terror boss.

So no, he deserves all he gets!

I'm going to agree to disagree with you because we obviously see the situation very differently and its not worth fighting over.

How the hell were Sadaam's right's violated? he had some paperazzi shots taken of him in his underwear. Big fat whoopdie freaking do. Celebrities go through it EVERYDAY and you don't hear them screaming about their rights being taken away.

The Geneva Convention was NOT invented to protect vain murderers from embarrassing pictures. It was invented to prevent the unlawful torture/murder of POWs.

You people defending him...you want to talk about the 'rights' he has being violated, oh I'm sorry I didn't know that I had the right to sue someone who took my picture! I'll remember that the next time I'm at my grandparents house. Wonder if I can make a cool mil off of that!

How about the right to live that he took away from thousands upon thousands of people? The women he had raped? The children that were killed because of him? Naw let's forget all that stuff!

He is a prisoner so he is not the same as any other person getting photographs taken. Its not acceptable to me. I never said to forget about what he is accused of. To me that isnt the issue here.

Haven'r read anything else since this one comment

but bollocks to that. He hardly gave any concern for human rights when he murdered MILLIONS of people did he? What rights does he deserve? NONE! Nadda, saddam hussien is a man of evil doings, he shouldn't even be considered human.

The geneva convention may be a good idea but not for this guy it ain't.

Imagine saying this around families that had relatives, tortured and brutally murdered by saddam.

He was photographed in his underpants, omg what a fucking travesty, he's let women be raped etc, think thats far worse than having your modesty trashed a little.

People (not just you emma, in general) need to get a clue, had this been hitler we'd all be like "burn him, sicko". but no in this day and age its "give rights to the people who commit very serious crimes, they shouldn't be treated badly oh no, don't want them to get upset now do we".

Um...to those of you who are defending a murderer, shame on you. They're just pictures, get over it. I don't care what rights he's entitled to, he's a fucking murderer. Some of you guys don't know jack shit about this world. And no I'm not saying I'm any better and that I am the all knowing...but to defend this man and his "rights", is a pretty laughable thing.

In My opinion for the 50th time, we are ALL entitled to human rights, sure he may have done bad things but for someone to go in and take pictures of him while he is a prisoner isnt right for me. I am sorry but I dont see how that can be hilarious, trying to make him ashamed, I find it disgusting.
