yes, but what is to be found out is whether these attacks were planned by Saddam himself.

Even if they weren't, he's always been a huge motivation for these terrorists, especially for the time he was still alive, although he was on the run, he was still alive and that motivated and convinced enough terrorists to kepe their bloody attacks up.

I actually think he's suffering more from being 'free' than 'caught' ... now he never knows a moment of complete rest. If they'd catch him, he'd have peaceful, isolated days at a prison ...
