Found this on another forum I go to. If any of you all have worked jobs before, you will know how completley it will SUCK to have your overtime pay taken away. You won't be payed time and a half for working over 40 hours, your employers will probley make you work much more than 40 hours since they don't have to pay you more. I can't believe hes stupid enough to try to do this. How many votes will this win him?

Dear Friend,
President Bush is about to finalize changes in the laws governing overtime pay that could take away overtime protections from at least 8 million people. His changes will cut paychecks for families, erode the 40-hour workweek and encourage employers to require more overtime work.

When they say white collar they mean people on salary , or not? Because working people are considered BLUE collar, correct? I'm really confused. I just hope it does'nt mean cuts to overtime, because thats where me and my boyfriend get most of our money, in the 10 or more hours of overtime he makes a week. I hate Bush.

Overtime? What's that? I don't even get holiday pay for working on fucking Christmas and Thanksgiving and every other holiday...there's no way I would ever get overtime at this job. But still...thats retarted.

Yeah, Bush is an idiot...and anyone who thinks otherwise, well...I won't say
